ESI New York (taking place in Tribeca, Manhattan) will see 40+ speakers and 200+ delegates congregate for a blockbuster one day event on April 23rd, deep diving into pertinent topics in the esports space.

The agenda of speakers truly features the best in the business; with veterans of the industry and CEOs and decision makers at many of the key stakeholders; from Team Liquid, to Riot Games, EA, Twitch, cloud9, Team Vitality, Echo Fox and more.

For those interested in one of the fastest growing industries in the entertainment space, look no further.

The one day event will tackle topics ranging from marketing through to the relationship between game publishers and esports teams. In addition, roundtables will look at investment, the collegiate space and the commercialisation opportunities surrounding esports data.

Once the panels are done and dusted, delegates will be treated to a two hour open bar on the Tribeca Rooftop with idyllic views over New York and Manhattan. For those wishing to continue the festivities, delegates can head to Jay Z’s iconic 40-40 club for more of the same; this’ll be the venue for the ESI NYC closing party and BOSA opening party.

At BOSA meanwhile more than 175 speakers will be spread across the following conference tracks – Betting on Regulation, Trading & Operations, Marketing, Sports & Betting, States of the Nation and Demystifying Sports Betting.

On the first day, Betting on Regulation will look at lessons learned from other regulated markets and why Nevada is living proof that an individual state can successfully police sports betting, while Trading & Operations will consider the most crucial components to the supply chain.

Meanwhile, the Marketing track will assess what’s next for DFS now that sports betting has stolen its thunder and consider the role of affiliates in the new market.

On day two, the first ‘March Madness’ since PASPA was repealed will be reviewed during ‘Sports & Betting’, a track which will also cover the future of horse racing in the country and the ‘win:win’ revenue stream from sports betting regulation.

States of the Nation will put the spotlight on New Jersey as a land of opportunity and discuss lessons learned for the next wave of legal sports betting adopters, including New York, while Demystifying Sports Betting will look at AI as the ‘secret weapon’ to improving customer experience, where investors see value and why virtual sports are not just an introduction to the world of betting.

Sam Cooke, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Esports Insider commented: “We’re looking forward to putting on an exceptional event, with, simply, the best agenda in the history of esports industry events.

With the repeal of PASPA, there’s no time like the present for esports teams and tournament operators to explore the betting space too, and with numerous stakeholders from across the ‘traditional sports’ world over in New Jersey there is extensive crossover and business opportunity for those attending either event. For those wishing to make the most of their time in the States we recommend they head to BOSA and learn more about the huge opportunity emerging in the US betting market, and vice versa, BOSA attendees, come and find out more about the esports opportunity from the right people, and hear from the biggest names in the space.”
