Russian organisation Gambit Esports has announced Maltese esports betting platform VulkanBet as the title sponsor for three of its rosters.
The deal will see the bookmaker become the title sponsor of Gambit’s rosters in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, and Apex Legends until October 2021.

VulkanBet is now the sixth partner of Gambit Esports, joining Russian telecommunications group MTS, LG Electronics, peripherals company Cougar, Abios, and interactive media platform WASD.TV.
Konstantin Pikiner, Chief Gaming Officer at Gambit Esports, spoke on the partnership in a release: “VulkanBet sports book has already made a name for itself in the esports industry, and we are happy to have this modern and innovative company among our partners. We have ambitious goals and we are certain that it will be easier to achieve them together! Welcome on board, VulkanBet!”

This partnership is the first since Gambit Esports unveiled a brand-new logo as part of its brand identity overhaul in September.
Anna Dmitriyeva, Director of Communications at VulkanBet, also commented: “Gambit Esports is a successful professional team that has been present at the international scene for a long time and is a medalist of many tournaments. Strong line-ups, presence in multiple disciplines, dynamic games, passion for esports and strive to win – these are the things that VulkanBet is looking for. Esports Insider says: Online bookmakers entering deals with organisations is nothing out of the ordinary so it will be interesting to see how VulkanBet and Gambit Esports attempt to stand out with this particular partnership, if at all.
