LCK partners with DesignStudio to unleash new rebrand

South Korean esports league, the League of Legends Champions Korea, commonly abbreviated as LCK, has revealed a new re-brand in association with DesignStudio.

The new look, ethos and attitude has been described by the release as ‘beautifully and emotively packaged in audiovisual form,’ as the LCK looks to become the ‘Premier League’ of esports.

Dignitas partners with digital banking platform Zytara

Following the esports organisation’s rebranding yesterday, Dignitas has announced a new partnership with financial technology firm Zytara.

The partnership will see the release of Dignitas-branded Zytara debit cards and app skins. Moreover, both entities will collaborate on a range of content about driving awareness around financial solutions for gamers.

Moonton unveils partners for M2 World Championship

Chinese video game developer Moonton has announced a number of partners for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s 2021 M2 World Championship.

The tournament, starting on January 18th, is being held offline behind closed doors in Singapore.

For the competition’s English stream, Cathay Cineplexes, Mediacorp, gaming chair manufacturer Secretlab, SUTL, Tumi, and telecommunications conglomerate Singtel have been confirmed as partners.


BBC Sport to broadcast Rocket League Championship Series X

The BBC has announced that it will be broadcasting the tenth season of the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS X) on January 9th.

Following on from its showcase of the European Spring Series in 2020, Rocket League will return to BBC Sport’s online and app platforms, as well as the BBC iPlayer, for the broadcaster’s first esports tournament of 2021.
