Multi-national esports organisation and World of Warcraft guild Echo Esports has announced a multi-year deal with content creation brand Elgato.

As the organisation’s content creation and event partner, Elgato will equip Echo Esports’ roster with a range of its products.

It has not been revealed if there are any other additional activations aside from Elgato providing its products. However, in the video announcing the collaboration, Elgato’s logo was featured on the shoulder of Echo Esports’ jerseys.

Founded in 2020, Echo Esports is an organisation that focuses on the MMO esports scene, in particular World of Warcraft. In 2021, the organisation announced its expansion into Final Fantasy.

Echo Esports regularly competes in Race to World First (RWF), WoW’s highly popular esport raid event. Earlier this year the organisation’s guild became the RWF Sepulcher of the First Ones champions.

Elgato is Echo Esports’ fourth sponsor, joining the likes of metal poster manufacturer Displate and gaming chair manufacturer Secretlab.

Elgato is a highly recognised brand within esports and gaming, as such the company has secured a range of partnerships. Last year, the organisation teamed up with the likes of Tribe Gaming, QUADRANT and 100 Thieves, among others.

This is Elgato’s second deal with an esports entity in 2022 following a partnership with OpTic Gaming.

Jasmin Pötzelsberger, Head of Partnerships, Echos Esports, commented: “Since Echo was founded we’ve always dreamed of partnering with Elgato because of the insane value their products bring to our day-to-day streams and events.

“Especially when it comes to our in-house events like the ‘Race to World First’, it’s incredibly important to maintain consistent quality of audiovisual input from the players and caster.”
