Esports data and technology company Abios has bolstered its betting portfolio after securing a deal with fast-paced betting product supplier BETER.

Brokered by sports betting supplier Betbazar, the deal gives Abios access to BETER’s FIFA and NBA 2K data, which consists of approximately 14,000 matches every month.

According to a release, this will allow Abios to distribute 24/7, year-round content across its customer portfolio, providing partners with fast esports betting events.

This is not the first time Abios has looked to bolster its FIFA offerings. In fact, last year the company expanded its services to include live and pregame data for tier-one, tier-two, and tier-three FIFA tournaments. Alongside its range of sports simulation data offerings, Abios also touts data services for Halo Infinite, Dota 2, League of Legends, VALORANT and CS:GO, among others.

In the announcement, Abios highlighted that its partnership with BETER will allow the company to enhance its offering and create an ‘all-in-one’ eSoccer and eBasketball product for sportsbooks. Some of the company’s notable sportsbook partners include LeoVegas and Pinnacle.

In 2021, Sports betting service provider Kambi Group acquired Abios for SEK150m (~£12.57m) in cash.

Oskar Fröberg, CEO and Founder of Abios, commented: “We’re thrilled to partner with Betbazar for the data produced by BETER, an industry leader in creating content for betting and gaming solutions.

“By expanding our eSoccer and eBasketball offering through our partnership with Betbazar and BETER, we hope to help sportsbooks fill in the gaps in the highly seasonal sports calendar and provide engaging 24/7 content for sports fans. We have recognised a rapid emergence and growth of these content-rich offerings and continue to see a steady demand for this type of product.”
