German esports data company Bayes Esports has announced the expansion of its partnership with esports-focused betting company GG.BET.

Bayes Esports will provide live match data for CS:GO, Dota 2 and League of Legends for GG.BET, and the partnership is set to last at least until 2024. The financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.

Until now, GG.BET only had access to live match data for CS:GO, and this partnership will see data for Dota 2 and League of Legends matches added to GG.BET’s offering. GG.BET is one of the most prominent esports-focused betting operators, and is a partner of NAVI, Team Vitality, tournament organisers PGL and Starladder, and many others.

Bayes Esports is a key company in esports data. It has a sizable roster of partnerships, including the likes of ESL FACEIT Group, BLAST, and PUBG developer KRAFTON, as well as Riot Games. This allows Bayes to have access to high-quality data directly from the source — a valued asset for betting companies.

Amir Mirzaee, Chief Commercial Officer & Managing Director of Bayes Esports, said: “We’re excited to see that top bookmakers and esports betting service providers continue to invest in official data and cutting-edge betting products for tomorrow’s user base. The gap continues to widen for a long list of sportsbooks who continue to invest in unofficial data sources and will increasingly lag in product innovation and integrity standards.”

Bayes recently completed a new financing round, led by PAC Capital, bringing total investment in the company to €9m (~£8m).
