Esports betting services provider Oddin.gg has expanded its partnership with game data company GRID ahead of the Dota Pro Circuit South-East Asia and Eastern Europe.

The deal is an expansion of an existing partnership and will see the DPC-focused data partnership included in the deal. The two companies will work together on the DPC as partners of regional organisers of the DPC.

The two companies initially started working together earlier this month, by agreeing on a data partnership. As a result, GRID provided Oddin.gg with official feeds from its data platform, and Oddin.gg was then able to use that data in the creation of odds feeds for its clients.

This partnership with the DPC organisers Epulze and Paragon will see both Oddin.gg and GRID provide the clients with the services they are known for. GRID will provide data services such as data management, distribution, data security, and integrity monitoring, and Oddin.gg will provide odds feeds and related services.

This partnership is an interesting one because it is actually an update of an existing relationship between the two brands in an effort to provide better services to a third party.

Marek Suchar, Co-founder & Managing Director of Partnerships at Oddin.gg, commented: “Here at Oddin.gg, we have always valued official data, and it’s been part of our DNA since the very beginning of the company.

“Given the recently inked agreement with GRID, cooperating together on data distribution is the next natural step. This strategic project allows both companies to focus on what they do best while strengthening our partnership.”
