Riot Games has announced it will offer in-game rewards to competitors who play in 2XKO community events.
Announced through a social media post, players who register and take part in the Tampa Never Sleeps (TNS) and the FGC Meetups will be eligible for the rewards.
The TNS is an online event that takes place every Thursday, starting on February 19th, while FGC Meetups are offline and are hosted in Chicago every Friday starting on February 20th.
In-game Rewards for 2XKO Community Events
Players can receive three reward types: one for playing, one for repeated showings, and one for winning the event.
The first grants you 1000 credits to spend when taking part in an online event and 2000 for offline events. Showing up to the same event five or more times will reward players with the ‘Casual Suit’ avatar outfit. Winning events will grant players the in-game title ‘Local Legend 2026’.
According to 2XKO Community Manager JulezJP, this is a pilot programme that could be expanded going forward, depending on how it performs.
To collect the rewards, players will have to link their own Riot Games account to their start.gg account and register for the events through the platform. Rewards will be given within a few days once the event ends.
