STAYING SAFE

Though we’re excited to get back to normal with ESI London 2021, your safety remains our number one priority. As it stands, London is effectively open for business. Though we encourage all our attendees to practice common sense social distancing on their way to and during the event, the most important way one can ensure their wellbeing and the wellbeing of other attendees is through ensuring they’ve received a full course of a COVID 19 vaccine.

For those travelling to ESI London from abroad – great! We’re excited to see all our friends from abroad but would advise you keep an eye on travel restrictions into the UK, which are expected to change significantly for the better through the month of October. Once again, the most important point to ensure smooth travel and avoid unnecessary and expensive quarantine is ensuring you’ve received a full course of the vaccine, with second dose (if required) being completed at least 10 days prior to the start of your travel.

The current status of regulations for travellers entering England can be found here. If you are transiting through a third nation, please make sure you check any requirements they might have before boarding your flight!

We hope you’ll agree that these guidelines are an important step towards ensuring the safe running of the event and the welfare of all our attendees.

REFUND POLICY

In the highly unlikely event that, for reasons beyond our control, ESI London is unable to go ahead on the scheduled dates, all attendees will have the choice of retaining their ticket, which will be valid at ESI London whenever it is rescheduled to, or collecting a full no questions asked refund.

Should this unfortunate eventuality occur, we’ll contact all ticket holders via email to allow them to confirm which course of action they’d prefer.
