COVID CONTINGENCY

Please note, some of our venues may require attendees to present their vaccination passes upon entry, and failure to provide proof of double-vaccination may result in refusal of entry, and is at the discretion of the venue.

The ESI team continues to track the progress of the virus. We’ll have guidelines in place to ensure that we are ready for our event to be as safe as possible for everyone attending, with designated covid-safe seating and face masks available where possible.

In the highly unlikely event that the situation worsens and causes us to have to cancel or reschedule, or if it prevents your attendance, rest assured we will offer refunds to all affected attendees.

We’re fully optimistic that this won’t be necessary, but we wish to ensure our attendees feel safe and secure when considering their attendance. We’re looking forward to a great event and can’t wait to see you in DC!
