DreamHack has announced a new partnership with the snack brand Doritos, making it one of the official partners of DreamHack Summer.
Emelie Sjöblom, Doritos Brand Manager, said “It’s a given for Doritos to be a part of the esports world as we are passionate about tough challenges and gaming. This is a great way for us to connect with our target group who also shares this passion.”
In addition to the sponsorship, Doritos will also have a large booth in the Expo where visitors will have the opportunity to play together with and against some of the world’s top professional players. Visitors will be able to compete against CS:GO and Fortnite players in a competition called “Are you bold enough to face a pro?”.

Esports Insider says: A bit different to the usual partnerships you see in esports, however, we are always happy to see brands committing to the industry. Also playing your favourite game while munching on Doritos sounds like a perfect combo, especially if they are Cool Original flavour.
