100 Thieves CEO Matt ‘Nadeshot’ Haag has announced Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter and Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop as co-owners of the brand.
Both Hofstetter and Dunlop joined the organisation originally as content creators — Hofstetter in 2018 and Dunlop in 2019.

In an announcement video posted on YouTube, Haag, Hofstetter, and Dunlop discuss their journey together with 100 Thieves, culminating with Valkyrae’s and CouRage’s co-ownership.
Haag said: “This was a long time coming for the history of 100 Thieves. You guys have invested your whole careers, what you’ve built up until this point, so thoughtfully and so collaboratively with this organisation, and I don’t think there’s any greater honour than to welcome you guys as co-owners of this incredible team that we’ve built together.”
“It’s absolutely unbelievable,” Hofstetter said in the video. “You guys know how I started. I mean, I was working three jobs, I was working at GameStop. I had my little Instagram account, they [co-workers] told me to start streaming and that was like, six or seven years ago?!
“… Looking back, it’s been such a long journey, and now to be not just a co-owner but a female co-owner. Like, how did this even happen? It just feels like everything played out unbelievably well.”

Just this week, the organisation announced their newest line of apparel along with the brand’s first foray into blockchain backed non-fungible tokens (NFTs), in addition to the org’s recent partnerships with Truly Hard Seltzer and Twisted Tea Hard Iced Tea.
Esports Insider says: This is incredibly inspiring news for content creators across the esports and gaming ecosystem. The growth both CouRage and Valkyrae have experienced in the last months has been incredible. Now with greater stakes in the company’s successes, it’ll be interesting to see the pair’s level of involvement on the business side of things.
