North American organisation FaZe Clan has named peripherals brand HyperX as its official gaming microphone partner.
As a result of the partnership, HyperX will provide its range of microphones to FaZe Clan’s content creators.

In addition, both entities will create a range of activations. This includes, video and social media content, providing access to exclusive streaming events, FaZe Clan meet and greets, plus product giveaways.

Throughout 2021, FaZe Clan has restructured its backroom staff operations. This includes bringing in the likes of Amit Bajaj as its new Chief Financial Officer and Kai Henry as the organisation’s new Chief Strategy Officer, among others.
Moreover, the organisation has also secured a range of partnerships and collaborations this year, particularly for merchandise collections. This includes activations with Microsoft, Takashi Murakami, and DC.

Esports Insider says: HyperX collaborating with FaZe Clan isn’t a huge surprise, especially given the reputation of both entities within the esports and gaming space. However, it is intriguing to see the deal focus specifically on HyperX’s microphones. Only time will tell whether this partnership will increase the reputation of HyperX’s product.
