Fabian Broich, Founder of Achieveminds, said: “Because of my drive of helping more than just one organisation and its players, the right step was to open a performance consultancy. This would allow me to work with players around the globe, support them during negotiations and manage their schedules, sleep, sports, food and mental aspects of the game.

“Through Achieveminds, I feel like I can help the overall esports scene to progress quicker, while focusing on setting up teams’ performance systems for a more professional competition and healthy environment for players.”

According to the release, Broich has set three focus areas for Achieveminds: performance coaching, organisational performance structure and talent representation.

The agency will deliver a holistic performance strategy and approach focusing on sleep, nutrition, mental and physical training for players and teams.

Additionally, Achieveminds has announced partnerships with apparel company Engelbert Strauss, which designed the Achieveminds apparel collection, and supplement company AM Sport

Prior to founding Achieveminds, Broich gained experience as Head of Performance for British esports organisation EXCEL. However, last month he announced his departure from the organisation.

Moreover, through his current role as Head of Sports at the Esports Player Foundation (EFP), Broich is also helping develop the organisation’s health and fitness activations. Despite launching Achieveminds, Broich will remain a part of the EPF.

Esports Insider says: Achieveminds offers a fresh outlook into esports performance, with a strategy that focuses on the athletes and teams’ well-being. The agency will also benefit from Fabian Broich’s background in sports psychology, as well as his years of experience in esports performance and team management. It is good to see more and more health and well-being related initiatives in the industry, which are set to elevate the players’s quality of life and in-game performance.
