The latest team to partner with Lagardère Sports are the winners of the cs_summit SK Gaming

The win coupled with this announcement mean it’s been quite a 24 hours for the Cologne based organisation.

Alex Müller, SK Gaming

Alexander T. Müller, Managing Director of SK Gaming commented: “Lagardère understand the rich history we have in eSports and acknowledge the unique position of our teams. We are proud to have such a strong partner on our side and are very much looking forward to push our vision of SK Gaming forward together.”

Lagardère Sports represents the likes of Borussia Dortmund and PSG outside of esports, and inside the space they’ve already partnered with Team ROCCATT and Unicorns of Love. The agency is based in Hamburg, as are ROCCATT, whilst SK are a short trip south in Cologne meaning it’s another native partnership. With SK’s involvement in CS:GO however it’s a first move into the Valve title by the agency, and in Super Evil Megacorp title Vainglory too.

Lagardère will look to open up new opportunities for SK Gaming, to help grow the brand and keep its teams competing with the best of the best at tournaments around the world.

Robert Müller von Vultejus, Managing Director of Lagardère Sports Germany GmbH noted: “We view Counter Strike, in particular, as a very exciting marketing platform because of its enthusiastic community and the rapid, tactical way in which matches are played. In addition to Counter Strike, Hearthstone and Vainglory also allow us to offer our partners two additional names in esports as platforms for sponsoring and storytelling.”

Esports Insider says: This is the most established esports team to sign up with Lagardère Sports to date. The agency must impress in meetings as they’ve gone from zero esports clients to three in less than three months.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
