Counter Logic Gaming have recently announced that Matt Nausha has been appointed as their new Esports Director.

The press release on their website reveals that Nausha (also known under tag ‘Trinitiii’) is, and remains, the co-commissioner of the Southern California Collegiate Volleyball League (‘SCCVL’). He manages over 50 collegiate teams and assists directly in setting up tournaments and scheduling appropriately. He has been working with CLG for the best part of two months already – with the release from the team stating:

“Matt has been working with CLG for the past two months setting up systems for the esports department, working with players, overseeing staff, and scouting new games and talent.”

Matt is far from alien to the esports world though. His twitter is dominated by esports and gaming related tweets. Here’s what he had to say about his new role:

“I am incredibly excited to be here at Counter Logic Gaming. For the past two months I have been working with the players, coaches, and analysts. We’ve observed many areas of growth that we will be addressing in the coming months. Fans can expect a new CLG in 2017.”

In another announcement on the same day, it was revealed that John Spiher will be CLG’s Head of Business Development. He said: “I’m honored to be part of the Counter Logic Gaming family. We have so many exciting products and experiences for our fans in the coming months. The real golden age starts now.”

Esports Insider: CLG are very well established in the scene already. Recruiting someone with vast experience in traditional sports but with a great passion for esports should be a great move. We with both CLG and Matt the best of luck going into 2017.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
