GAME has revealed the regional team names and tribe crests for its new Belong competitive gaming stores.

As reported by Esports News UK, GAME has unveiled the team crests as well as the four teams taking part in its Call of Duty Arena Clash, this’ll be the first tournament to run across its Belong stores.

These stores opened their doors in December last year, but this is the first confirmation we’ve heard for the ‘tribes’ and team names. They are the London Lionhearts (Wardour Street), Humer Hunts (Hull), Bristol Smugglers (Bristol Cribbs Causeway), Tyneside Guardians (Gateshead Metro Centre), Manchester Swarm (Trafford Centre), MK Enigmas (Milton Keynes) and Portsmouth Pirates (Portsmouth).

The first COD tournament will see Hull (Serenity), Manchester (Riot Bots 2.0), Portsmouth (Digatunnel) and Bristol (Roman Gaming) go up against one another. This localised get behind your city idea is one that hasn’t taken off in esports before, but that is forthcoming on a far grander scale with the Overwatch League. It’s clearly far easier to promote and facilitate at this local level but regardless it’ll be interesting to see how much backing each team gets.

Esports Insider says: As a London based operation we’ll get behind the London Lionhearts though we’re quite taken by the Milton Keynes Enigmas crest.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
