Here at Esports Insider we love nothing more than keeping busy and getting out and about industry events across the world.

The next three weeks are extremely busy for events, and Esports Insider will have presence at as many as we possibly can. If you would like to talk about the ESI Super Forum or just esports as a whole we’re raging coffee addicts who don’t tend to bite.

Here’s the ESI agenda for the month coming:

Gamesforum – 23rd – 24th January – London – Ollie

Ollie will be attending the inaugural Gamesforum in central London where he will be speaking and contributing on the second day. The track for the day is hosted by the ever-boisterous Mike Stubbs and brings together some familiar names from in the industry.

The panel Ollie is taking part on is focused around the “Growth of the esports economy”. The panel will be moderated by Mike Stubbs, (average) Esports Journalist and will feature Ollie, Joanne Watson – Chief Brand Officer, Maestro and Alim Jaffer, VP Product at Heroic Labs.

If you would like to speak to Ollie and arrange a meeting, he will be in attendance from 12.00 on the 23rd and all day on the 24th. Feel free to email [email protected].

e-Taca CTT – 23rd-24th January – Braga – Sam

Whilst Ollie’s freezing in London and spouting nonsense about the esports industry, Sam’s off to rosier shores. Heading out to Braga for Qwatti’s event “e-Taca CTT” – the event sees a mixture of stakeholders from the Portugese sports system meet with those involved in and around esports.

It’s not all feet-up on the beach pleasure, as Sam is tasked with moderating a roundtable during the two days. He will be joined by Pedro Correia – Executive Director of Liga Portugal (the Portuguese Professional Football League); Sergio Benet – General Manager of Valencia CF eSports; Miguel Pacheco – International Business Development Executive at Celtic Football Club.

Should one be heading to Braga and would like a meeting – do not hesitate to contact [email protected].

ICE – 6th – 7th February – London – Ollie & Sam

As thousands descend onto London for everybody’s “favourite” gambling event, we’ve got our Fit-Bits ready as we’re set to march up and down the exceL for meeting after meeting.

We’ve already got a fair few meetings lined up for the two days we’re there so if you’re interested in meeting for a natter then drop by our stand or drop us an email. If we’re not at a meeting, we’ll be perched alongside SBC Global’s stand at SD2-C&D. Come and say hello.

Esports BAR – 11th-14th February – Cannes – Ollie & Sam

Another chance to catch the “Ant & Dec” of esports is on Valentine’s Day down in Cannes for the Esports BAR. There’ll be no better setting as the ESI team is set to run two sessions through the conference – one focused around football clubs activity in esports and the other around gambling.

It’s the perfect teaser for the ESI Super Forum which will take place in March, so make sure to get in touch and organise a meeting to discuss.

Rocktech – 15th February – Paris – Sam

There’s no rest for the wicked. Instead of shooting straight home after Cannes, Sam will be heading up to Paris for a brief stop at Rocktech. The February session is dedicated to esports and gaming startups, and the organisation bids to turn entrepreneurs into rockstars.

Sam has the entrepreneur down to a tee, so if you’re up for forming a rock band – don’t be shy and get in touch.

To organise a meeting for any of the above events, feel free to contact [email protected] or [email protected] – we would love to meet you.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
