The ‘automotive appearance product’ manufacturer, Turtle Wax, has been looking to further their investments in the esports scene. It has been announced that Turtle Wax will be investing a lot more into their partnerships that are closely associated to the esports industry.

Turtle Wax joined the esports scene back in 2016 when it entered a sponsorship with Call of Duty professional team, Optic Gaming. This venture into the esports scene was only the beginning for the automotive product manufacturer. Turtle Wax is now looking to invest even more money by teaming up with top tier U.S. players and even European-based organisation Splyce.

Courtney Lauer, Global Marketing Director, Turtle Wax commented on the company’s growth after joining the esports scene: “Our esports partnerships have helped drive brand relevancy and were a significant factor in our year-over-year sales growth.”

“Our social media channels – where esports fans are highly active – have experienced tremendous growth with engagement up 50% last year.”

Lauer explained the reason why the company is going to expand its partnerships comes from the fans and how active these fans are, especially on social media. She is confident that the products Turtle Wax makes will pair well with the lives of esports players.

“Turtle Wax remains committed to esports because it presents an unrivaled opportunity to connect with the next generation of car enthusiasts in an authentic way that resonates with fans.”

“Esports is also an extremely valuable platform because it reaches Turtle Wax audiences on a global scale, which is why we have decided to expand our partnership on an international level for 2018.”

Esports Insider says: Turtle Wax is making a bold move in 2018 by expanding its partnerships in esports. Turtle Wax, a company which sells car wax and other such products, may seem an odd heavyweight sponsor in the esports world but their commitment and the way they’ve gone about it to date can’t really be faulted.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
