Nutaku, an adult gaming platform, has announced its plans to enter esports by hosting an adult tournament with sponsorship from YouPorn.
The game of choice for the Nutaku Lewd Gaming Championship is TnT, a competitive PVP mobile title. The tournament will feature a 64 player bracket and is expected to be launched in Autumn of this year.
Ben Faccio, Product Manager at Nutaku discussed the platform’s leap into esports: “By expanding into esports, Nutaku will be able to meet the ongoing demands of our diverse community who have been asking for competitive adult games. Boasting some great experience in the esports arena with Team YP, YouPorn was a natural fit for our tournament sponsor. TnT is definitely one of our most coveted titles, think World of Tanks but with fully uncensored anime action integrated into the game play. We’re confident TnT will bring in a trove of lewd gamers and take the world of esports to the next level.”
The Nutaku Lewd Gaming Championship will have a prize pool of $25,000 (£18,905), and YouPorn will provide all competitors with premium memberships for a year. Registration isn’t open as of yet, and there is no specific date as to when it’ll be made available.
Pedro Aguiar, COO of Gamebau discussed the inclusion of his company’s title: “We believe TnT is an amazing game to kick start eSports in the adult gaming scene, since it’s a super high quality and competitive 3D tank game with amazing hentai graphics and a ton of collectibles that will make the H-community super excited.”
Esports Insider says: This is definitely a unique offering in the world of esports. Without going into too much detail, Nutaku has found a sponsor with a big name so it’ll be interesting to see the reception to such an event.
