DreamHack is hiring three key leaders for its new global Brand Partnerships team, the company announced late last week.

Martin Sirc is joining DreamHack as Head of Brand Partnerships – Key accounts. Steven Norris has been appointed as Head of Brand Partnerships – New Business, whilst Nasim Abu Qouta completes the leading team as Senior Sales Executive.

Marcus Lindmark, CEO of DreamHack said: “As both DreamHack and Esports grow in a rapid pace, we constantly look for the best possible talent to join our team and help us grow as a company. Today we’re very proud to announce three key hires that we hope will help DreamHack take the next big leap when it comes to brand partnerships.”

Martin Sirc is no stranger to the gaming industry with over 30 years of experience in Europe and the Nordic region. Sirc previously worked as General Manager for Koch Media Nordic and Managing Director at Atari Nordic. Martin Sirc is joining DreamHack full time after working as a Senior PR Consultant for different global game publishers. From his new position, Sirc will overlook all key account managers globally, with a focus on existing key clients and game publishers.

Steven Norris joins from Google where he managed sales for high-value advertisers as New Business Development Manager. Norris is moving to Stockholm next September to join the DreamHack office. Some of his responsibilities include the creation of a new team focused on non-endemic brands and new business.

Nasim Abu Qouta is an experienced Project and Sales Manager in the media and entertainment industry. Abu Qouta already entered the esports scene and worked in numerous deals with brands and media agencies.

On Twitter, Abu Qouta wrote: “Honoured and grateful to be part of this new team at DreamHack. Everyone out there who wants to make successful partnerships in gaming and esports, get in touch and let’s talk.”

Esports Insider says: The industry keeps growing and the need for professionals in different areas increases. These individuals are bringing to the table decades of experience and a positive track records in some of the most competitive industries. DreamHack has created a solid leadership group to take over the new global Brand Partnerships team.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
