Red Bull M.E.O by ESL announce open qualifier in Mexico

The Red Bull M.E.O by ESL is coming to Mexico, ESL Latin America announced through a press release.

Mexico is the second stop for the Red Bull M.E.O by ESL in Latin America. The competition started with the open qualifiers in Chile, now the tournament is moving up north starting on October 6.

Red Bull M.E.O by ESL reunites the best Clash Royale players in the world, 36 countries are hosting qualifiers in their regions. The winners are gathering in Germany for the final stage of the competition. Australia, Belgium, Croatia, France, and Qatar are some of the countries competing.

Before they can dream of Germany, Mexican players must go through the open qualifiers and playoffs. The players are divided into four groups, each group competing over the weekend. On Saturday, the players are competing in one-versus-one matches, playoffs are taking place on Sunday with one final winner each week.

Four contenders are moving forward to the LAN final at Games Celebration, one of the biggest video game events in Mexico organized by Gamelta. The Mexican final of Red Bull M.E.O by ESL is taking place at the World Trade Center in Mexico City on November 10.

The circuit continues with the qualifiers in Colombia and Brazil, those events will follow a similar format. Latin America will have four representatives at the Red Bull M.E.O by ESL Grand Final in Germany, the date is yet to be announced.

Registration for the competition is open, players must be over 16 and have a valid passport.
