North American esports organisation Spacestation Gaming has brought on Vertagear as its official gaming chair sponsor.

As part of this deal, new branded chairs will be provided to the organisation’s competitors and will be made available for purchase by the public.

Chris Katzer, Marketing Director of Vertagear discussed the partnership: “Spacestation Gaming is headed to the moon and beyond. We are proud as a growing brand to be their official chair sponsor and know that our ergonomic chairs will give them the physical edge they need for better gaming performance.”

Spacestation Gaming is also partnered with HyperX, Pixio, B&H Photo Video, and Uber Eats. Vertagear sponsors the likes of Las Vegas MiniGunners, Celtics Crossover Gaming, HEAT Check Gaming, Bucks Gaming, SoaR Gaming, Wizards District Gaming, among others.

Shaun McBride, Owner of Spacestation Gaming also commented: “Kings sit on thrones, cowboys sit on horses, and Spacestation Gaming players sit on Vertagear… couldn’t imagine the world any other way. We are insanely excited about this partnership, our visions completely align and we already have big plans for the future. Be ready!”

Spacestation Gaming competes in Hearthstone, SMITE, Fortnite, Brawlhalla, Battlerite, Rainbow Six Siege, Paladins, and Gears of War.

Esports Insider says: Gaming chair sponsors are among the most common types of deals made by esports organisations at the moment, so we’re not too surprised by another organisation forging such a partnership. Nonetheless, the chair is unique to the organisation enough to be desirable for some fans and it’s a nice chance for Vertagear to look outside of NBA 2K League with its sponsorships.
