EE launch Clash Royale tournament with place on Fnatic pro team up for grabs

EE, the British mobile network operator has announced the launch of the EE Mobile Series, a mobile gaming tournament which will reward the winner with a place on esports organisation Fnatic. The OnePlus 6T will be the handset partner of the tournament. 

The tournament will be played in three stages, and will culminate in a Live Final to be played at BT Sport’s London studio on Sunday 20th January 2019. 

Competitors will play Clash Royale on the all new OnePlus 6T, the exclusive handset partner of the tournament. Those wishing to enter across the UK are invited to the enter The EE Mobile Series by visiting Battlefy.com/ee-mobile-series where their journey to clinch a coveted spot on team Fnatic will begin with two Open Qualifiers (27th and 29th November).

The top 16 players from each Open Qualifier will be seeded into 4 groups and advance to the Group Stages (4th, 6th, 11th and 13th December), where each group will play a best of 3 single round robin. The top 2 players from each group will advance to Grand Final in January. 

The tournament is set to be broadcast on all major streaming platforms. 

The victorious player, will not only be crowned the first-ever Champion of The EE Mobile Series but will also join the Fnatic Clash Royale team roster where they will be fully supported.

The winning player will receive a full-time competitive salary, training and their own gaming set-up. In addition, they will live with the rest of the roster in the Fnatic Gaming House.
