Who said print is dead? Well, whoever it was, they were quite simply wrong as The Esports Journal is back for its second edition to coincide with our Hall of Fame event at Los Angeles on June 10th.
After the roaring success of the inaugural edition released during our first venture across the pond at ESI New York, it made perfect sense to follow it up at our next event, so Esports Insider and our pals at Latam Media Group cracked on with bettering ourselves.
The first edition saw interviews with the likes of Jason Lake from Complexity Gaming, Team Vitality’s Nico Maurer, GenG’s Saira Mueller as well as pieces from Hitmarker Jobs and DreamHack.

Esports Insider’s Managing Director and Co-Founder, Sam Cooke said: “We’re delighted to announce the second edition of the Esports Journal, especially after the incredible reaction we had to the first edition.
“Like the first edition, this magazine will be packed with the best interviews and features from both Esports Insider’s and Latam Media Group’s writers as well as some of our industry partners.
“We think we might have actually outdone ourselves this time with brilliant features and interviews with some of the biggest names from the esports landscape.”
In the second edition, we’ve got interviews with ESL’s Michal’ CARMAC’ Blicharz, FIFA eWorld Cup PS4 winner, Nicolas “Nicolas99FC” Villalba, an in-depth look at the current state and future of the Overwatch League and much, much more.
Following the Esports Insider Hall of Fame event, the action-packed journal will be uploaded to our website so you can sink your teeth into all the content you want to.

Initially, in 2019, The Esports Journal will only be available at select esports industry events, but there are plans to expand beyond this should there be ample appetite for it. There will be a minimum of three editions of The Esports Journal in 2019, and you can pick them up at the below events:
ESI Hall of Fame – June 10th 2019, Los Angeles
ESI London – September 16-17th
Esports BAR Miami – 2-4th October
