Erik Anderson, Head of Esports at FaZe Clan discussed the partnership in a release: “We look for partners that understand our vibrant communities and the esport audience. Wix has all of the elements of energy, style and speed that our players embrace and are symbolic of the FaZe Clan brand. Together, with Wix, we’re committed to creating content we know our fans will love.”

As well as acting as a jersey sponsor, Wix will work with FaZe Clan on creating “integrated social and digital content” to make use of the many personalities and players that represents the brand.

Omer Shai, CMO at Wix added: “Esports is wildly popular, with a growing and enthusiastic audience, and we are always looking for the best places to connect with current and future customers. We have pursued sports marketing partnerships for many years as we feel that this is a great way to build our brand. The partnership with FaZe Clan marks our first esports sponsorship and we believe it is a perfect fit. Plus, the opportunity to create dynamic content for FaZe Clan’s brand and their millions of fans is exactly the kind of engagement we love.”

FaZe Clan is also partnered with HTC Gaming, Nissan, SteelSeries, SCUF Gaming, and G FUEL. As well as Fortnite, it competes in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Call of Duty, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Rainbow Six Siege, and FIFA.

Esports Insider says: FaZe Clan is one of the best organisations to get involved with if you want eyes on your brand so, for its first esports partnership, this is a clever move by Wix. In reality, the website that has been launched isn’t anything outstanding but we’ll be judging this deal on the content that’s produced.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
