Andy Dinh, Founder and CEO of Team SoloMid discussed the extension: “TSM’s collaboration with Logitech G is a partnership that touches all areas of our organization. Logitech G has been a huge supporter of TSM’s goals since the start of our organization, and this multi-year renewal will advance our shared long term visions. Logitech G’s innovation has truly improved the performance of TSM players, which helps our platform evolve and thrive. There is no better long term partner to have than Logitech G as TSM plays to win.”
Logitech G will continue to provide its products for use by Team SoloMid’s players in exchange for data and feedback. The organisation will create content over the course of the next three years to advertise Logitech G’s new products.
Ujesh Desai, Vice President and General Manager at Logitech G also commented: “Esports is one of the most captivating and exciting fields of professional competition in the world and is changing how people combine athleticism, cognition, and technology. We are excited and honored to continue our global partnership with TSM, combining our efforts to grow the world of esports.”
Team SoloMid is also partnered with Lenovo Legion, HTC VIVE, Twitch, GEICO, Dr Pepper, and Grubhub. Most recently, it entered a deal with PayPal-owned mobile payment service Venmo.
Logitech G is also involved with Astralis, Origen, Riot Games’ LEC, G2 Esports, London Spitfire, Altus Esports, ENCE, Royal Never Give Up, Team SoloMid, and Lazarus.
Esports Insider says: This appears to be one of the partnerships in esports that’ll become a mainstay, much like ESL & Intel and Ninjas in Pyjamas & Betway. TSM and Logitech G have always seemed to work well together so it’s cool to see another long-term commitment from both parties.
