Mike Rufail, CEO of Envy Gaming discussed the expansion: “Our new training facility and headquarters in Uptown Dallas is going to transform the way we compete, engage with our fans locally and reach fans around the entire world. This is a catalyst for us to make even greater leaps on behalf of the entire esports industry.”
The 22,000 square foot facility will include areas for team training, content creation, and player development. The location at Victory Park was attractive to Envy due to the access to nearby amenities.

Back in 2017, Envy moved its headquarters from Charlotte, North Carolina to Dallas following investment from Hersh Interactive Group.
Dallas Fuel and Dallas Empire players are being moved from various locations in North America to Dallas in time for the 2020 opening of the facility.
Esports Insider says: The continued expansion of Envy Gaming is a logical step forward for its operations after the inception of Dallas Empire. The new facility helps to further cement Dallas as an esports hotspot, an area that will likely receive further interest from the esports industry in the 2020.
