For Envy Gaming, the deal includes sponsorship of five homestand events hosted by its Overwatch League franchise Dallas Fuel and two home series events hosted by its Call of Duty League franchise Dallas Empire. ZipChair products will be used in Envy Gaming’s training centre in Victory Park.

Mike Rufail, CEO & Founder of Envy Gaming commented on the deal in a release: “We want the practice facility to be fully equipped with best-in-class furniture, and we also want our fans to have the best experience possible when they come out to see us play during our home games. That’s why we’re partnering with DreamSeat and ZipChair: everyone at Envy loves their gear because it’s as stylish as it is functional, which we think our VIP ticket holders will appreciate when they join us at any of our seven weekend series in North Texas in 2020.”

As for Allied Esports, its multi-year partnership with DreamSeat sees the furniture outfitter become the official chair for the HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas with 140 Xpression chairs being utilised throughout the venue. The deal also includes a revenue share initiative for partners to place their logos on the chairs on an event-by-event basis.

Chandler Suprina, President of DreamSeat had this to say regarding the partnership: “We have been working with traditional sports franchises for over ten years, and have perfected elevating the fan and player experience in regard to all aspects of seating. We are excited to introduce our Gaming Chairs and our patented XZipit system to the hundreds of thousands of gamers visiting HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas every year, along with the many leagues, teams, and sponsors who host events and will have their logo prominently displayed on every chair. Day-to-day, week-to-week, and event-to-event.”

DreamSeat is also partnered with the likes of Overwatch League and Nerd Street Gamers, as well as a number of major properties in traditional sports.

Esports Insider says: These deals are another noteworthy expansion for DreamSeat and its involvement in a highly-competitive market. As the official chair of the 2020 Overwatch League, it makes sense for Envy Gaming to acquire sponsorship for its 2020 homestand events. The deal with Allied Esports makes a lot of sense, too.
