IEM Katowice has introduced a new ticket system to gain entrance to the event for 2020. Tickets are now to be released in waves, the last of which will be available in January. However, tickets are not necessary to get into the 8000 square metre Expo Area as entrance is free for all visitors.
Farming Simulator fans won’t require tickets to meet the teams competing in the FSL, who will be present at the Expo Area alongside the Farming Simulator 19 gaming station. Tickets will be required to gain access beyond the Expo Area, though.

The Farming Simulator League was launched by developer GIANTS Software, announcing the official league with a total prize pool of €250,000 (£217,833.73) last January. Its inaugural season began with FarmCon 19 in Harsewinkel, Germany.
American agricultural chemical and seed company Corteva Agriscience joined the league as its lead sponsor. Logitech, Intel, DLG, Nitrado, and noblechairs are also partnered with the competition.
Esports Insider says: GIANTS Software has excelled in sprouting its competitive simulator game into the esports scene, finding naturally-fitting sponsors that align with the essence of farming simulator competitions. Placing itself at the free Expo Area, the FSL is sure to grow by activating the brand with IEM Katowice attendees.
