In his new role, he will serve as the day-to-day liaison with Astralis Group’s commercial partners – as well as serving as a project manager and coordinator internally with relevant stakeholders.

Bennani has experience in marketing and content, having worked for the likes of Better Students and Discovery Networks Denmark in recent years. Joining MediaCom Beyond Advertising in October 2016 as a Junior Content Strategist, he held the position of Senior Content Strategist at the agency from August 2019 until his move to Astralis Group.

Jakob Lund Kristensen, CCO and Founder of Astralis Group, spoke to Esports Insider about the hire: “We are very excited to welcome Younes as part of our commercial team. He brings a strong understanding of how to succeed in media-centric partnerships and how to find that sweet spot between the goals and stories of the partner and what excites and entertains the fans.

“His hire aligns perfectly with our vision of evolving our commercial offering from being primarily driven by a strong emotional connection to our fans and consumers to being equally strong as a trackable and provable media offering. He is an addition to an already strong group and with his experience he will also strengthen the commercial activation together with the Comms group.”

Esports Insider says: Astralis Group is always an organisation to watch, building strong partnerships with brands from both inside and outside of esports. With the appointment of Bennani, we’re interested to see how the organisation differs commercially in the next couple of years.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
