Joining ESL towards the end of 2016, von Halle’s initial role was as its Marketing Manager. After just over a year in the post, she became a contracted Counter-Strike: Global Offensive observer for the tournament organiser. Almost two years later, she took on the role of Lead Event Marketing until becoming Director of Consuming Marketing earlier this month.
Prior to joining ESL, von Halle worked at the likes of 99Damage and Gute Propaganda as a copywriter and editor.

ESL announced former ProSiebenSat.1 executive Stefan Beitz as its Chief Financial Officer last week. Previously serving as the Managing Director of SevenOne Media, a sales unit of ProSiebenSat.1, he replaced Arne Anders who departed the role due to family reasons.
Esports Insider says: von Halle is clearly experienced in not only marketing but esports too, seemingly making her a great candidate for the role she’s taken on. It’s good to see new opportunities arising despite the global situation creating a difficult climate for many.
