As Brand Agency Director, Hatrick will be involved with growing Dexerto’s portfolio of clients and represents “the expansion of our sales strategy.” His previous role was with online media publisher JOE Media, working commercially with agencies and brands alike.

Hatrick spoke on the decision to join Dexerto: “After almost two years at JOE, it was clear to me that Esports, Gaming and Entertainment were areas where lots of brands were gravitating towards. The guys at Dexerto demonstrated incredible knowledge and passion, which explains why Dexerto is growing so rapidly, especially at a time where a lot of businesses are moving in the opposite direction. I am very excited to help build out the commercial proposition for Dexerto.”

Prior to joining Dexerto as Director of Creative Strategy, Olsen worked as a senior director for esports marketing agency REV/XP – specifically focusing on strategic partnerships and activations. In his new role, he’ll look to expand the activations Dexerto does with its clients to attract further business.

Olsen commented on his new venture: “Dexerto’s leadership understands the unique needs of each sponsor and it is my goal to ensure that my team’s efforts make activations as turnkey and effortless as possible while driving true value for all of our partners, whether it is a league, a publisher, or a brand.”

Esports Insider says: Dexerto appears to be growing and, in an industry where sustainability – never mind growth – is difficult for most, it’s impressive. These hires appear to be pivotal in the company acquiring a new wave of clients that can really bolster its revenue and, probably, fuel further growth.
