North American organisation Misfits Gaming Group (MGG) has announced that Martin ‘Deficio’ Lynge has joined the organisation.
Lynge has been appointed Director of Misfits Gaming Europe and will oversee all of the organisation’s activities in the region.

Lynge joins Misfits Gaming Group, which houses Misfits Gaming, Florida Mayhem, and Florida Mutineers, after serving as the general manager of Origen. Prior to his tenure at the Astralis Group-owned brand, he was a commentator for the European League of Legends Championship Series (EU LCS).
Ben Spoont, CEO and Co-founder of Misfits Gaming Group, spoke on the hire in a release: “We’re excited to bring Martin’s knowledge and unique experiences as a manager, player, and broadcaster to our European team in Berlin. Developing our infrastructure through impactful leaders is a key part of our strategic growth plan, and we’re excited to see what Martin has in store for 2021.”

In his role as Director of the organisation’s European operations, Deficio will be responsible for the building of infrastructure for Misfits’ League of Legends team in 2021.
He commented on his new role: “I’m excited to start the next chapter with Misfits Gaming. I spent the past 2 years building an environment that both players and staff loved with Origen and I’m looking forward to shaping the future of Misfits Gaming. There’s a lot of work already going on behind the scenes and I can’t wait to share our plans soon.”
