Southeast Asian organisation Bren Esports has entered into a year-long partnership with Singapore-based esports talent management agency EMERGE Esports.
As a part of the deal, the agency will support Bren Esports as it enters into the Singaporean market, as well as helping to manage the organisation across different titles.

EMERGE will gain the media and advertising rights of Bren’s athletes for marketing purposes. Moreover, the agency will support the players in competitions and provide them with growth opportunities.
The collaboration reportedly aims to ‘explore the growth opportunities in the region’.
Shares Roy Kek, CEO of EMERGE Esports spoke on the partnership in a release: “The esports scene has seen promising growth in the past years with high potential for existing and upcoming players. We are excited to work with one of the finest esports teams the industry has to offer and believe they are a natural fit for our agency. We admire and share their passion for gaming and would like this to be a part of a greater initiative of making gaming a mainstream lifestyle in Singapore and in the region.
“Competitions have always been a cornerstone of the gaming industry. Although we started our journey with Kingsmen as our first competitive team, it has always been our vision to expand our ecosystem and to be able to support deserving talents. Having a team like BREN Esports onboard not only strengthens our organisation and talent pool but also allows us to represent the esports community on more global platforms.”
Bren Esports is the second esports organisation to join forces with EMERGE. The first one to do so was Kingsmen, a Singapore-based esports organisation that fields teams across Mobile Legends Bang Bang, VALORANT and PUBG Mobile.

Leo Andrew Escutin, COO at Bren Esports added: “EMERGE Esports has shown tremendous growth in the past months in terms of audience engagement and partnerships. Together with our partners and athletes, we look forward to building and enhancing the vibrant esports scene in Singapore and in the region”.
EMERGE Esports launched in November last year and claims to have over 70 esports athletes and personalities in its talent pool. The agency’s services include bridging teams and athletes with sponsors and event organisers, co-creating ‘image-enhancing’ content, as well as providing a ‘holistic support’ for its clients.

Esports Insider says: In just a few months of its existence, EMERGE Esports has established working relationships with several brands and sponsors, including Redbull, SteelSeries, Royale Ergonomics or Reubiks Academy. Having also gained the trust of two notable esports organisations, it seems that the agency already is living up to its goal of creating a collaborative ecosystem between brands and esports organisations in Singapore.
