In this new role, Fitzpatrick will drive the development of products, platforms, and services as part of Vindex’s overall brand strategy.

Sundance DiGiovanni, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Vindex, commented: “I couldn’t be happier to have Ryan on board and working in partnership with me and the rest of the leadership team.

“Ryan will work with our publishers, partners, and customers to drive engagement and experiences across all of the services and platforms. Ryan has one foot in the present and one in the future and we are extremely excited to have him.”

As well as spending over 12 years with NCompass, his resume also includes working as Red Bull’s gaming lead and being the Co-founder of Adamas Esports

Over the last 12 months, Vindex has continuously strengthened its backroom staff as it looks to bolster its operations both externally and internally. In February, the company also announced the hiring of Iraisa Jones as its Director of Human Resources.

Last year, Vindex became the first gaming company to join the World Economic Forum’s Global Innovators Community.

Esports Insider Says: Vindex adding yet another experienced name to its backroom staff is no surprise. Fitzpatrick’s impact on Vindex will likely be seen in the near future as the company continues to develop its products, platforms, and services alongside Adamas Esports’s Co-founder.
