British esports organisation Method has announced its partnership with emerging esports performance firm Adamas Esports.
As part of the newly-formed partnership, Adamas Esports will provide consulting services to Method’s World of Warcraft Guild, focusing primarily on sports psychology, mental performance and lifestyle optimisation.

Adamas Esports will also be providing one-on-one development training to Method’s Guild Officers in order to enhance its leadership skills and build a ‘culture of excellence’.
The partnership comes ahead of the next World of Warcraft raid tier: Chains of Domination, as the organisation looks to seek a top-three finish in the Race to World First.
Joel Holmes-Darby, General Manager of Method commented: “We are thrilled to partner with Adamas Esports to enhance the Guild’s performance and look after the well-being of our World of Warcraft raiding team.
“With coaching from Adamas, our raiders will learn how to maximise their own performance levels and maintain their personal wellbeing, creating a supportive team environment where we can all achieve our progress raiding targets.”

Adamas Esports was founded in 2018 and has partnered with the likes of Seattle Surge and Vancouver Titans, the Golden Guardians, and Brazilian esports organisation INTZ.
