Esports and lifestyle brand XSET is set to join the pilot edition of Esports Fashion Week, which is expected to take place later this year.
Esports Fashion Week is an event created by the Esports Fashion Group, a company aiming to bring the traditional ‘fashion week’ concept to esports.
According to the announcement, XSET representatives will also join a number of names on the Esports Fashion Council. Following Esports Fashion Group’s launch in April 2021, the likes of H4X, We Are Nations, and Ford Models have all been announced for Esports Fashion Week.
Warren Fish, Founder of Esports Fashion Group, commented: “XSET have established themselves as a growing force within the esports space. Since its launch, they are easily becoming one of the most recognizable brands setting trends and pushing the needle in esports culture.
“I am delighted to be working alongside Greg and the team and look forward to showcasing what we have in store for our upcoming pilot.”
As well as producing merchandise, XSET also fields a number of esports teams in VALORANT, Rainbow Six, and CS:GO, among others. This year alone, the organisation has secured partnerships with BBBSA, HyperX, and QC Media Holdings.
Greg Selkoe, CEO and Co-Founder, XSET, added: “Fashion has laid at the heart of XSET’s vision since the start, and it continues to be one of our core pillars as we continue to build on the brand’s offerings for our fans.
“With the development of esports fashion over the last few years, it’s time we built a platform for the sustainability and investment of the sub-culture as a whole. Esports Fashion Week as a platform allows us to focus on building the core foundations of our industry.”
Esports Insider says: Esports Fashion Group is steadily building an impressive portfolio of clients within the esports lifestyle and fashion sector. It seems like Esports Fashion Week’s inaugural edition is set to be a refreshing event that looks to highlight future apparel and lifestyle products connected to the industry.
