Football club Wolverhampton Wanderers has announced a partnership with energy drinks brand Monster Energy.
As a result, Monster Energy will become the official energy drink partner for Wolves and Wolves Esports.

According to the release, Wolves Esports will receive Monster Energy products and the brand’s logo will outfit the team’s apparel.
Russell Jones, General Manager for Marketing and Commercial Growth for Wolves, commented: ”We are thrilled to welcome Monster Energy to the pack as our official energy drink partner. Monster shares our brave, challenger mentality and have successfully activated their brand across a portfolio of action sports, esports, motor racing and some more traditional sports. It’s a model we admire and are keen to learn from.
“It’s exciting to see them so heavily involved in esports, and a partner of our good friends at Evil Geniuses. We look forward to working together to push the boundaries of sponsor activation throughout the term of our deal.”
Monster Energy will promote its brand at Molineux and the football club’s Compton Park training grounds, including matchday advertising on its LED boards. Monster Energy’s branding is also set to appear on Wolves’s digital content.
Earlier this year, Wolves and its esports division added racing team GR Racing and North American esports organisation Evil Geniuses to its roster of business partners.
