Online betting platform GG.Bet has teamed up with ESforce Holding’s content creation firm RuHub Studio for OGA Dota PIT Invitational’s broadcast.
As a result of the deal, GG.Bet’s branding will be integrated into the studio’s media space during the broadcast.
Dmitry Voshkarin, GG.Bet СOO, spoke on the partnership: “GG.Bet is one of the first betting companies in Russia which focused on esports. Over the past few years, we have implemented dozens of memorable campaigns, partnered with the top events in the industry and established ourselves in the ratings among the best esports bookmakers. We continue to develop our company, develop the industry and are happy to announce cooperation with RuHub.
“International Dota 2 tournaments are always a bright period in the life of an esports fan, and we will try to make this event more interesting for the Russian-speaking community. We wish the tournament teams success and fighting spirit, and exciting matches for the broadcast viewers!”
Moreover, viewers of the tournament will receive odds information, as well as an unspecified special bonus from the bookmaker. The tournament will be held online from September 6th to 10th and will feature a shared prize pool of $275,000 (~£198,745).
Nikolay Petrossian, Head of RuHub and Cybersport.ru, commented: “We welcome GG.Bet as a sponsor of the OGA Dota PIT Invitational broadcast. We are always happy to help our partners maintain contact with the target audience and make the tournaments more interesting.”
RuHub is a Russian producer of esports media content that focuses on broadcasting a variety of esports events, including Dota 2 and Fortnite world championships, CS:GO and Rainbow Six tournaments, and matches with the Russian National Hockey Team.
Esports Insider says: The bookmaker’s visual presence in the live broadcast combined with fresh wagering information and unique activations sounds like a fine marketing strategy by GG.Bet. This partnership will certainly help bolster the betting company’s position in the Russian and CIS market.
