Mobile gaming marketing agency Aftershock Media Group (AMG) has appointed Daniel Heinauer as its Director of Accounts.
As part of AMG’s leadership team, Heinauer will be working with key accounts and stakeholders throughout the mobile sector to help them understand and more effectively engage with the community.
Lance Frisbee, Founder and CEO of AMG, commented: “Dan is made up of a rare blend of ingredients that are increasingly hard to find in today’s job seekers. His drive, determination, and attention to detail coupled with rare on-the-job experience in the gaming industry made him a no-brainer to interview, and eventually invite, to join our team. The energy Dan brings to the table has already helped elevate our service at AMG.”
Prior to joining AMG, Heinauer served as an Account Manager at Tribe Gaming where he was working on client campaigns. Before his managerial career, Heinauer was a professional PUBG Mobile player for esports organisation Method.
Tim Evans, Co-Founder and COO of AMG, added: “It’s hard to understate the impact Dan has had on AMG, even only after such a short time, especially when it comes to the level of service we’re able to provide clients and the attention to detail that’s so important in this industry.
“Dan came to AMG with a unique blend of ‘real world’ esports knowledge along with an excellent ability to execute around the clock on traditional media campaigns. The future is incredibly bright!”
During 2021, AMG has announced a few new hires, with the company recently appointing Anthony Hogan as its Director of Talent and Madison Meyer as its Creative Director. Moreover, the company added Axie Infinity streamer JrJustin and Clash of Clans creator Beaker’s Lab to its roster of talent.
The newly appointed Director of Accounts added: “I feel like I’m right where I’m supposed to be. I’m truly blessed to be working alongside some of the brightest minds in all of gaming and lucky to be a part of the amazing team at AMG.”
Esports Insider says: Aftershock Media Group continues to add valuable team members to its existing staff and talent range. Daniel Heinauer is another strong hire as he has accumulated practical and managerial experience in mobile gaming through his previous roles.
