Multinational esports organisation Rogue has announced a partnership with North American mortgage lender Guaranteed Rate for its Rocket League team.
As a result of the deal, the lender’s logo will feature on the organisation’s Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) vehicles.

The collaboration marks the first time any form of branding has appeared on the team’s skins. According to the release, Guaranteed Rate’s graphics will be displayed on Rogue’s away RLCS cars. The branding will be used throughout the 2021-22 RLCS season, which began on October 15th.
Anna Baumann, Executive Vice President of Esports at ReKTGlobal, spoke on the deal in a release: “Sporting Guaranteed Rate branding on our digital assets in official matches is an exciting new activation for the Rocket League fanbase.
“We’re proud to partner with Guaranteed Rate on this first-of-its-kind milestone for the Rogue Team.”
Guaranteed Rate joins the likes of gaming chair manufacturer AutoFull, educational foundation Find Your Grind and Korean automotive marque KIA as partners of the esports organisation. Alongside Rocket League, Rogue also fields teams in League of Legends and Rainbow Six: Siege.

The collaboration marks the mortgage lender’s first foray into the esports industry following the likes of Rocket Mortgage into the space. The latter is currently a partner of North American organisation 100 Thieves.
Steve McNelley, Vice President of Sports Marketing and Partnerships at Guaranteed Rate, also commented on the collaboration: “Guaranteed Rate is thrilled to enter the esports market with the Rogue Rocket League Championships. This groundbreaking partnership puts us in front of a new audience that is driven by digital innovation.”
Esports Insider says: Rocket League esports is quickly becoming one of the largest titles in the industry. This makes Guaranteed Rate’s collaboration with Rogue the ideal opportunity for the lender to expose its brand to a brand-new audience.
