JLINGZ Esports, the esports brand of English professional footballer Jesse Lingard, has struck a deal with sports streaming service SportLocker.

SportLocker will be JLINGZ Esports’ main sponsor, which includes the service’s logo appearing on the front of the organisation’s jerseys. In turn, Lingard has become a brand ambassador for SportLocker.

Around the same time, JLINGZ Esports also unveiled a new Apex Legends competitive roster set to debut at 2023 Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS). The Split 1 Playoffs will commence from February 2nd to the 5th and will be played in person at the Copper Box Arena in London.

Lingard debuted JLINGZ Esports in August 2021, following the acquisition of UK-based esports organisation Audacity Esports. Besides Apex Legends, the esports brand currently competes in FIFA and Rainbow Six Siege.

Besides SportLocker, JLINGZ Esports has ongoing sponsorships from brands such as Swedish gaming peripherals manufacturer Xtrfy, as well as controller brand SCUF Gaming. Not long ago, the organisation also teamed up with metaverse platform Virtua to expand its operations into Web3.

Lingard commented on the announcement: “I’m really excited about SportLocker, everyone knows I love making content and SportLocker is all about sport-focused streaming for the people. I can’t wait to show fans a different side of me that goes hand-in-hand with my passions both on and off the pitch.”

JLINGZ Esports’ Managing Director Toby Wakefield also added that through this collaboration fans will be able to get a different perspective into the running of an organisation, as well as get to know the new Apex Legends team and its plans.

ESI Ranking System
We’ve created a ranking system to help you quickly know how good each gambling platform is. As gamblers ourselves, we know which factors matter most to you, so we follow a best-in-class methodology to test each one with no stone unturned. Once done, we then rank each platform based on the following tiers:
  • A-Tier High-quality sites that deliver a top experience every time. They boast strong performance, nice features, and reliable support, but are just shy of perfection.
  • B-Tier Solid platforms that are worth a spin. They’re safe, fun, and functional, but may be lacking advanced features or have minor drawbacks.
  • S-Tier Reserved for elite operators only. These go well beyond the norm with lucrative bonuses, rewarding promotions, lightning-fast payouts, and a flawless experience overall.
