North American youth esports league XP League has announced the opening of an esports centre in Powder Springs, Georgia, USA.

The facility, which opens on May 20th, will offer coach-led competitive gaming through the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) for elementary, middle and high school-aged youth.

The XP League gaming and practice room, located within Champion Performance Training, provides approximately 500 square feet of space. It offers coach-led esports games, including Fortnite, VALORANT, and Apex Legends, among others. The league’s new programme will focus on teaching and coaching methods that help children develop social skills, sportsmanship and self-confidence in a secure environment.

In addition, XP League is currently running a limited-time Founding Family Promotion until August 1st, available to the first 50 sign-ups. This package includes two weekly gaming sessions led by an XP League Certified Coach; access to the XP League Community Discord; participation in various events and tournaments and custom jerseys.

After being acquired by Unleashed Brands in April 2022, XP League has experienced rapid expansion. In November of last year, the league formed a partnership with Parabellum Esports, and in January, it marked its entry into Central Florida by opening a franchise.

Lamarr Dixon, an XP League franchisee, commented on the news: “We are thrilled to bring our premier esports centre to the people of Powder Springs.

“At XP League, it’s our goal to help today’s youth across all ages to learn, play and grow, while building confidence, social skills and sportsmanship through esports. We are excited for everyone to come in and check out our unique centre for themselves.”
