Anderson has been part of DotX Talent since it was launched in January 2022 by London-based law firm Morgan Sports Law. She started at Morgan Sports Law in October 2021 to help build DotX.

Anderson stated that as COO she will remain committed to pushing DotX’s vision forward, and leading the execution of the company’s strategy and services. DotX has a focus on improving diversity and inclusion in esports

“DotX has experienced amazing growth since its inception, and I am incredibly proud to have been a key part of building it from the ground-up,” Anderson said in a post on LinkedIn.

“I am thrilled to have reached this milestone in my professional journey with a company that really feels like a reflection of myself and what I have been determined to achieve: delivering the best-of-the-best in an industry I love.

“The hard work and passion put in by every single person at DotX fuels our achievements and I am grateful to be surrounded by such a fantastic team. A particular thank you to [Managing Director] Nick Williams for his trust and support (and being generally a pleasure to work alongside!).”

Prior to joining DotX, Anderson worked at marketing agency Code Red Esports. She worked at Code Red for three years, according to her LinkedIn profile, starting as a Campaign Executive and reaching Head of Campaign Management before leaving for DotX in October 2021.
