Esports stadium and venue company Glytch has struck a year-long partnership with North American esports organisation XSET.

As XSET’s official partner, Glytch’s logo will appear on all of the organisation’s esports jerseys, as well as across its social media channels.

Glytch will also be a presenting sponsor for an original content series featuring XSET’s Apex Legends and VALORANT teams. The eight-episode series will be produced and promoted across XSET’s social channels, such as Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.

Finally, the one-year deal will see Glytch create onsite activations at an unnamed ‘XSET cultural/lifestyle event’.

Glytch has an ambitious mission to open 32 ‘esports stadiums’ across the US and Canada over the next seven years. Whilst none of its stadiums have officially opened yet, the company previously named Columbus and Los Angeles as its first two destinations. The company is aiming for these stadiums to become an ‘official home’ of an esports organisation based in the nearby area.

Last month, Glytch appointed Darcy Silver, the Co-Founder of ticket resale marketplace LuvSeats, as its new Chief Investment Officer.

Greg Selkoe, CEO and Co-founder of XSET, commented: “Glytch is going to reshape esports and gaming with their venues across the country, so it’s incredibly exciting for us to partner with them to build awareness within our community.

“It’s important for us to build a partnership that positively affects and represents our esports teams and gamers.”

The venue company joins a growing portfolio of XSET commercial partners, which includes the likes of Breakaway Music Festival, HyperX and SCUF Gaming. The esports organisation also has competitive rosters across an array of titles, such as VALORANT, Rocket League, Rainbow Six Siege, iRacing and the FGC.

Whilst the agreement is set to only last one-year, Glytch has stated that there is an option to extend the deal.
