First introduced in early 2022, the Snapdragon Pro Series is a multi-tiered mobile esports ecosystem that features a range of prominent titles. Games featured in the series are categorised into at least one of three tiers: Open, Challenge and Masters.

Gamescom will see MENA’s best Brawl Stars teams compete in the Season 3 Mobile Challenge finals on August 26-27 in Cologne, Germany. Not only will the Challenge finals offer qualification points to the 2023 Brawl Stars Championship, but the event will feature a $60,000 (~£47,000) prize pool.

PAX West, which is taking place September 1st – 4th, will host the North American Mobile Challenge finals in Call of Duty: Mobile and Clash of Clans. The Challenge finals will feature the top four North American teams from the Challenge circuit. Both events will have a $75,000 (~£59,000) prize pool.

Interestingly this is the first-ever Mobile Challenge finals for Call of Duty: Mobile following its integration into the Snapdragon Pro Series

Sam Braithwaite, Vice President of Game Ecosystems, Mobile, EFG, commented: “The Snapdragon Pro Series is home to mobile gaming’s most impactful competitions across 10 titles, six regions, and more than more than 75 countries.

“Our return to PAX West and Gamescom reaffirms the commitment of EFG and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., to supporting top-tier live esports experiences for the world’s 3bn mobile gamers.”
