Fortnite announced in a blog post that Sabrina Carpenter will arrive alongside the Season 8 music pass, which will cost 1,400 V-Bucks or can be earned with a Fortnite Crew subscription.

The pass includes the Sabrina Carpenter outfit, alongside her LEGO counterpart, which will also be available in the in-game shop. The pass also features an alternative style available at the final tier: a yellow embellished bodysuit based on the one she wore on tour.

Players who crave some style for Fortnite Festival can also unlock the Sabrina Carter-inspired SC Electric Guitar and sparkly SC Guitar, alongside alternative styles, all of which are available in the music pass.

Two jam tracks can also be unlocked, mainly ‘Nonsense‘ and ‘Juno.’ These are available alongside new Sabrina Carpenter-inspired dance emotes, ‘Taste‘ and ‘Please Please Please.’

The singer will also have a variety of items exclusively in the Fortnite store, available for a limited time before entering rotation.

All items are available individually or can be bought together in A Sweet Little Bundle.

  • Tour-Ready Sabrina Carpenter Outfit (pink default, blue alternative, and LEGO)
  • SC Heart Purse Back Bling
  • ‘Please Please Please’ Emote & Jam Track
  • Cute Cutout Contrail
  • Sabrina’s Mic

The ‘Taste‘, ‘Espresso‘, and ‘Feather‘ jam tracks will also be available in the store.

The partnership with Sabrina Carpenter seems to be fully centred around the Fortune game, with no esports collaborations announced.

Has Fortnite Done Esports Collaborations?

Whilst Fortnite has become a cultural phenomenon, the game’s esports scene has recorded strong viewership in events such as FNCS. As such, many icons have emerged from the scene, some of whom Epic Games has collaborated with in the past.

The most recent example is the new Clix icon skin that was released to a less-than-warm reception. Cody ‘Clix‘ Conrod is a former Fortnite pro turned esports organisation co-owner. The skins launched alongside an in-game event called the Clix Icon Cup, which gave players the chance to earn his skin bundle for free.

Another esports pro Fortnite collaborated with is Kyle ‘Bugha‘ Giersdorf, a highly skilled solo-player best known for winning the 2021 Fortnite World Cup finals, claiming its $3m (~£2.3m) grand prize.
