Riot Games has unveiled the venues for VALORANT Champions 2025, taking place in Paris from September 12th until October 5th.

According to the announcement, the event’s Group and Bracket Stage will be held at Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud and the Finals weekend at the Accor Arena.

VALORANT Champions is the game’s largest international tournament and serves as the annual finale of the tier-one VALORANT esports season. Riot already announced Paris as the host city for this year’s iteration in August of 2024.

Now, fans finally know exactly how the high-stakes event will play out.

Specifically, the 16 participating teams will first head to Les Arènes de Grand Paris Sud to compete in the Group Stage from September 12th-22nd. The teams will compete in four double-elimination groups with four squads each.

The top two teams from each group may advance to the Playoffs, featuring a double-elimination bracket. After the Bracket Stage of the Playoffs from September 25th-29th, the event moves to Paris’ Accor Arena for the Playoffs weekend.

On October 3rd and 4th, the remaining teams will battle through the Upper and Lower Bracket Finals. The Grand Final on October 5th will see the best roster claim the Champions trophy and a lion’s share of the event’s $2.25m (~£1.66m) prize pool.

All matches will be best-of-threes (BO3), excluding the best-of-five (BO5) Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final.

The 16 contestants for the Champions trophy will be determined with the conclusion of the regional VCT Stage 2 competitions in August.

VALORANT Champions 2025 Ticket Sale

With the venue announcement last week, Riot also shared details about the ticket sale process for Champions 2025. The publisher will use a new verification system, which requires a Riot Account created before April 1st, 2025, as well as a record of at least one game played.

Here is how the verification process will work:

  • May 30th until June 15th: Visit the Champions Ticket Eligibility page and log into your Riot account.
  • July: Verified accounts will receive an email with a one-time use access code and a link to a private sales page.
  • July 9th/10th: Tickets can be purchased through your sales page link.

The ticket sale will kick off on July 9th at 11 am BST for Mastercard cardholders and on July 10th at 11 am BST for everyone. However, completing the verification process and obtaining an access link does not guarantee a ticket.
