Major Solana meme coin, BONK, has entered the GameFi space with the launch of Bonk Arena, an arcade shooter powered by real-time crypto gameplay.

Announced on June 2nd via X by Bravo Ready (creators of BR1: Infinite), the new title marks BONK’s first licensed gaming venture.

Kill-to-Earn Model Powered by BONK

According to a Bonk post on X, Players pay 10,000 BONK (approximately $0.175) to join a match. Defeating opponents earns the initial investment back, minus a variable service fee (0–10%).

All actions are recorded on-chain, reinforcing transparency and ownership.

To promote adoption, the team is offering incentives from a $10,000 BONK pool throughout the first 30 days. Players also stand a chance to earn surprise BONK rewards per kill.

Over $50,000 in rewards are also up for grabs for content creators who promote the game on social media.

Half of all revenue will fund BONK burns, ecosystem rewards, and Bonk for Paws, the token’s animal charity.

The rest will be used to buy back READY tokens under the project’s Real Money Gaming deal. Bonk Arena is now live on web browsers and the Phantom Wallet mobile app, leveraging BONK tokens in every match.

Player Reactions & GameFi Momentum

Gamers are already weighing in. One user noted having fun despite a few minor bugs, while others shared screenshots of BONK earnings from multiple kills.

The release follows Solana’s rising GameFi trend, joining titles like Noodle.gg, which launched in May with a snake-style PvP format and real-money stakes.
